Joe Mitchell received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Valparaiso University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1993.

He is licensed in the State of Georgia and the State of South Carolina.

In addition to practice in State Courts, Mr. Mitchell is admitted to practice in the following Federal Courts: Southern District of Georgia, Northern District of Georgia and the District of South Carolina. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit and for the Eleventh Circuit, and has presented oral argument in both.

The firm’s practice focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy cases in Georgia and South Carolina.
